What is the minimum order quantity?
Only one motorcycle is required to join – available in a discounted starter package.
Is regional exclusivity possible?
Yes, based on agreement. In Hungary, 5 partners currently cover the entire country. The same structure is planned for international markets.
Is there an introductory promotion package?
Yes. Includes one unit of each model, tuning parts, and branded materials (flag, mat, keychain, cap, t-shirt).
What profit margins can I expect?
20%+ for dealers. Discounts also apply to accessories, parts, and marketing materials.
What are the minimum requirements to become a partner?
Initial competence assessment and Elektrorider training certification.
Is a physical store required?
Yes. The system is only open to partners with a physical storefront.
What kind of operational support is available?
Access to a partner portal for orders, pricing, and inventory. CRM system for lead management, warranty claims, and customer communication.
How are warranty claims handled?
Claims are submitted via an online form with photo and video documentation. Elektrorider forwards the claim to the manufacturer. If approved, parts are shipped free of charge.
Note: Installation costs are covered by the partner, but no fees may be charged to the end customer.
How fast is shipping?
We have continuous stock flow and a central warehouse in Budapest with hundreds of bikes and thousands of parts always in stock.
Is training provided?
Yes. In-person sessions, online materials, exams, and ongoing refresher training.
Will I receive leads from central campaigns?
Yes. All leads are directed to the geographically relevant partner.
Are there sales performance requirements?
Dealer partners have an annual minimum sales expectation based on the potential of their region.
How is payment handled?
Prepayment. Prices are calculated in euros; local currency conversion is handled upon invoicing.
What kind of parts and accessory support is available?
Full range of OEM and tuning parts at partner discount prices.
What marketing materials will I receive?
Product photos, videos, social media templates, promotional materials (flags, mats, banners, apparel).
Can I attend events or test ride days?
Yes. You must own a demo bike. For larger events, Elektrorider can provide its 10-unit test fleet upon request.
How do I place orders?
Through the partner portal: access pricing, stock, documentation, and a localized system interface.
